Shiso Chimichurri Recipe
Chimichurri has the perfect blend of acid and herbs to bring a POP to every summer steak dish. This recipe is interesting with the addition of Shiso, and the addition of Medium Chain Triglycerides are great for brain health!
Shiso Chimichurri Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup sliced shiso leaf
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tablespoon chopped oregano
- 1/2 cup Unfiltered Olive Oil, like Bariani
- 1/4 Cup MCT oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse in two second bursts until coarsely chopped and blended.
- Adjust flavor with salt and lemon juice as needed.
