LL Chef Services collaborates with local farms, producers, and markets to ensure the best dinner experience. Dishes are created utilizing organic ingredients, used as close to the time and place of origin as possible. Below are some of the local organizations we collaborate with.
FEED Sonoma (Farmers Exchange of Earthly Delights) is a for-profit business that purchases cleanly-grown agricultural products from 50 small farms in Sonoma County and transports them to local buyers – including restaurants, grocery stores, schools and caterers – within 24 hours of harvest.
FEED Sonoma believes that establishing sustainable, responsible food hubs is critical to building resilient communities – and finding the right way to exist on the planet.
Passmore Ranch is a premium freshwater, sustainable fish ranch in California. Passmore Ranch started by selling live fish at Northern California farmers’ markets, and their quality and service quickly made them a premier purveyor for top restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs throughout the state and the country.

Go To Chocolate
Michael Hohenthal tip toed into being a chocolatier when he came to aid a friend who needed a helping hand to sustain her chocolate business. In time, things were again going well for her. Yet, Michael discovered that his life would only be complete if he started his own chocolate business. He advanced through his apprenticeship and a number of technical chocolate courses.
In 2005 Michael founded Go To Chocolate as his way of channeling his amazing creativity and his endless quest for perfection.

Browne Trading Company is the premier supplier of fine caviar, fresh fish, shellfish, and smoked seafood to both elite restaurants and home kitchens across the U.S.

With over 50 Certified Farmers’ Markets throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association (PCFMA is close to your home, office and favorite getaway spots, making it easy to cook with freshly picked ingredients.
At College of San Mateo Farmers’ Market, the produce is always fresh, always seasonal, and always provided by your local farmers and ranchers.
One Ocean Seafood
One Ocean Seafood provides exceptionally fresh fish, seemingly scarcely available, to a San Francisco Bay Area market that has a great demand for it.
Their seafood is acquired through seafood wholesalers on Pier 45 in San Francisco. They receive and process fresh-caught seafood around the clock. One Ocean Seafood simply calls around, collecting fish to fill the day’s orders.
